CSR Job Description:
As a Customer Service Rep, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients' customers at a range of stores / busy shopping areas and malls in NYC. Your responsibilities will include engaging customers, promoting products and services, and delivering presentations in a professional and charismatic manner. You'll enjoy a variety of tasks, from office-based work to customer-based interactions, ensuring that no two days are alike. Please see below for a further breakdown.

• Engage customers in a professional and charismatic manner, serving as the face and voice of the clients.
• Promote / sell products and services effectively through engaging presentations and demonstrations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and objectives while demonstrating strong work ethic and creativity.
• Prioritize exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Able to commute to our office in New York City (This role is an on site only position)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and outside-the-box thinking
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting targets and objectives
