- Oversight of all aspects of property management in line with company and francise values, policies and procedures, as well as approved annual budget, marketing plan, capital expenditure plan and wages
- Maintaining maximization of financial performance, as well as, guest and associate satisfaction
- Practice cost controls to include labor through proper training, scheduling and labor oversight
- Ensure department adherence to standard operating procedures, as well as, compliance with local, state and national regulatory agency requirements
- Provide accurate and timely reporting as relates to hotel operations and assist with driving creative problem solving and solutions for areas of opportunity
- Serve as a champion of company and property culture and help drive culture initiatives
- Serve as a partner to department leadership anayzing obstacles and developing creative solutions for areas of opportunity
- Manage franchise brand requirements and serve as an ambassador of brand knowledge and needs for the property
- Help generate new and repeat business in partnership with the sales team
- Guide the hotel in a positive direction understanding both the diverse workforce and the need for proactive requirement of qualified candidates to join the team
- Commitment to service and providing the highest quality experieince to all of our guests
