Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Banquet Chef for the Hotel Retlaw in Fond du Lac, WI.
Job Purpose:
Coordinate, plan and supervise the production, plating and presentation of the food at all Banquet events in a cost effective, safe manner to meet/exceed customer expectations and attract future business.
Responsible for the daily production of all banquet food. Assists in the creation and recommends menu changes. Recommends and implements procedural/production changes. .
following company and brand standards, to ensure consistency of product and achieve high guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
