Hoss's Steak & Sea House/Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery Company is looking for an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team!

Position Overview: At Hoss's and Marzoni's, people are not only the focus of our Human Resources Department, but our company as a whole! As a Human Resources Generalist and member of our team, your goal is to provide support to our people through the management of Insurance Claims/Litigation, 401K Pension Plans, Employment Law, and other miscellaneous tasks assigned or directed by the VP of Human Resources. Our hardworking managers across 33 Hoss's and Marzoni's locations value the expertise of HR when handling difficult situations, so we make it a priority to provide exceptional training and the resources to be successful in this role. This position primarily operates in a traditional office setting; however, it also provides the opportunity to travel to stores and build relationships with our restaurant teams. Qualifications/Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field/ 2 Years of HR experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in team environment
• Effective planning and priority setting
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies

Who We Are: Hoss's Steak and Sea House was founded in 1983 by Willard "Bill" Campbell, who opened his first location in Dubois, PA. The company was established with mission of excellence, which was not only a goal for the food served, but also the service provided to guests, the experience of the individuals employed, and the communities in which the restaurants are located.
