Pay Rate: $80k/year to $85k/year depending on experience with a potential to earn up to $100k/year through quarterly performance bonuses.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour lunch
About the Position:
As the Business Manager , you'll play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing workflow and process development to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure alignment with company goals
- Overseeing project billing and service billing, ensuring timely follow-up, and maintaining positive client relationships
- Supervising service dispatchers and installation coordinators to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Holding team members accountable for meeting performance expectations and providing guidance and support as needed
- Human resources duties, including onboarding and offboarding employees
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience with office administration
- 3 years of experience in a management role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
