JOB SUMMARY:

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and overall HR administration. The HR Generalist serves as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of HR Generalist with additional office administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting a range of human resources functions while also ensuring the seamless execution of office administrative tasks. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for recent graduates or individuals seeking to embark on a career path in HR and administration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Human Resources:

  • Facilitate recruitment efforts by advertising job openings, assessing resumes, and coordinating interview processes.
  • Conduct orientation/onboarding sessions and ensure completion of essential paperwork for new hires.
  • Maintain precise and current employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Provide support in various HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and benefits
  • administration.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and
  • knowledge.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Office Administration:

  • Offer administrative assistance to diverse departments as required, encompassing tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and activities to foster team unity and engagement.
  • Manage travel arrangements for management personnel and visiting guest, ensuring smooth and efficient planning and execution.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Guarantee adherence to HR policies and procedures to maintain organizational compliance.
  • Aid in the implementation of HR policies and guidelines for effective execution.
  • Remain updated on alterations in employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance and
  • adapt policies accordingly.

Data Management:

  • Compile and analyze HR data to facilitate reporting requirements.
  • Produce regular reports highlighting key HR metrics for organizational evaluation.
  • Maintain organized employee data and HR records to ensure efficient management and accessibility.

Communication:

  • Clearly communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees for enhanced understanding and compliance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns. 

Other Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
