Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at Horizon Management, a leading property management company in Connecticut. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Responsibilities:
- Execute a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, plumbing, and cleaning, to uphold the highest standards of property upkeep.
- Conduct thorough analyses of systems, identifying and addressing issues or malfunctions promptly.
- Undertake field service visits across New Britain, Bristol, Plainville, Hartford, and Waterbury to perform repairs and troubleshooting, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and excellence.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, leaving a positive impact on our clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Repair and Maintenance Technician, with a demonstrated track record in general property maintenance.
- Familiarity with maintenance tasks and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and address their needs and concerns.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and a reliable car for transportation, as the role involves traveling between New Britain, Bristol, Plainville, Hartford, and Waterbury.
- Program inspection experience is a significant advantage, showcasing your commitment to quality and attention to detail.
