We are seeking a full time Superintendent for our elderly housing complexes in Terryville (34 units) and Harwinton, CT (20 units). This person will split their time between the two sites.

Professional Requirements

• Ability to read and write English
• Experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Training or experience in some of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing work, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, heating, and air-conditioning.
• Good communications skills, effective interpersonal skills, and comfortable and respectful familiarity with the elderly
• Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills
• An independent worker that excels with minimal direction
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
