This position provides general support with a variety of customer service activities and related tasks. The assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, routing calls to the appropriate associates, distributing mail and correspondence flow, as well as additional business and administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support including billing and any other applicable administrative tasks.
• Professionally manage incoming calls and make sure they are routed properly
• Collect and process payments
• Manage the physical and digital archive.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed and delivered daily
• Monitor fax, copy, and postage machines to make sure they are working and ready with paper and toner.
• Responsible for the supply room and ordering the necessary supplies.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks
• Include the following, other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Salary: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
