Hope Health Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Behavioral Health Associate Near Baltimore, MD

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and coordinating behavioral health prevention programs in 1 Baltimore County or Baltimore City School
  • Prevention Specialist will be working one-on-one with clients and families to provide case management, prevention services/small groups and care coordination at Baltimore City and County Schools
  • Attend all staff meetings and Evidenced based and CEU trainings ,
  • Conducting home visits when applicable,
  • Review internal referrals with school based therapists with specific client needs identified (ID and birth certificate or housing resources, etc.),
  • Track City Wide prevention data for city clients for HHS and Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore,
  • Working alongside treating psychiatrist/providers and interdisciplinary team to develop goals and objectives,
  • Additional contact through telephone, meeting or conversation with the treating therapist are required, In these cases, documentation on a separate contact note is necessary as a collateral contact or support linkage if the client is present,
  • Job Requirements:
  • 1) Education at a minimum: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or other behavioral health discipline..
  • 2) Work Experience: One year of experience in the Mental Health Field providing individual, group or family therapy , Internships are accepted as experience.
  • 3) Full background check: Potential staff members must pass a full state and federal criminal background check
  • 4) Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
  • 5) Must have valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and valid automobile insurance at all times.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
