HR Generalist
Job Summary :
The HR Generalist administers the daily employee concerns / matters in the following functional areas : Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), leaves of absence including ADA and FMLA, terminations, and unemployment.
Prior experience working with multiple state locations and the ability to work closely with remote offices to ensure program compliance and employee satisfaction is preferred.
This position will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce
