This roles leads and supports an awesome Customer Service Team, helps to deliver service with Aloha to our customers, & knows how to resolve customer matters like a pro! Ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, is team-oriented, an effective communicator with the ability to think on one's feet.

Our teams' workday looks like this:

• Fosters collaboration: Treat all consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfully
• Oversees day-to-day activities and productivity of the Customer Service Team: Direct and assist with task; Audit communication and metrics
• Mentors and develops a team that provides an elevated customer service experience: Train representatives; Manage team performance and provide regular feedback
• Responds to escalated customer matters with positive resolution. Serves as liaison interdepartmentally, investigates customer or workflow matters
• Be a Brand Ambassador; Embody company values and culture to drive our vision forward

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Excelled listening as well as verbal/written communication
• Leadership/mentorship experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Call Center experience Preferred
• Japanese (business level) Speaking, Reading, and Writing a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
