Catering Lead (CL) reports to the Catering Manager (CM) and handles event execution for all catering events and production within time limits. The CL will work with the CM and clients to fulfill their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also organize facilities and details such as decor, catering, transportation, location, equipment, promotional material, etc.
Job Duties
- Managing all catering delivery elements within time limits
- Liaise with CM to identify client needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, transportation, location, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Specify supporting staff requirements and coordinate their activities
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any problems on the event day
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in corporate/event catering
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Dependability and flexibility with schedule to meet various catering needs and event times.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have valid TN driver's license, automobile insurance, and good driving record
