Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Caterering Event Servers to join our team. As a Caterering Event Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth execution of catered events. Duties:
- Set up and break down catering events, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the event

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service role is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic bartending knowledge is beneficial

TABC certification a plus
