Description

Honda of North Hollywood is under new ownership and expanding! We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individuals to become part of our team.
As a Call Center Representative , you're one of the most important team members at Honda of North Hollywood. You're a critical point of contact, primarily for our Sales Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls for the Sales departments, as well as performing follow up to invite guests to the dealership.
We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
What You'll Do:
  • Communicate effectively with Sales guests according to their preferred method of communication be it phone, text,chat or email.
  • Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Make outbound follow up calls to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Contact all •no-shows' to reschedule any missed appointments
  • Schedule prospective customers for test drive opportunities
  • Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
What You'll Need:
  • Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
  • Be able to work comfortably both with guests in-person and via phone calls, emails, text messaging and online chatExcellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
  • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:
  • Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.
  • Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
  • Use hands, fingers and arms continually, frequently and throughout the day.
  • Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop and kneel continually, frequently and throughout the day.
  • Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.
