Job Description:

As a Roofing Production Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of roofing projects and maintaining our high standards of service excellence. No prior experience in roofing necessary, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are physically able to climb ladders and walk on roofs, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Roofing Projects: Oversee the day-to-day operations of roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. No experience is required.
• Property Inspections and Photo Reports: Conduct thorough inspections of properties, documenting findings through detailed photo reports.
• Client Invoicing: Review invoices with clients, providing transparent breakdowns of costs and ensuring accuracy in billing.
• Neighborhood Canvassing: Engage with local communities to promote awareness of our roofing services, building strong relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
