Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients within the assigned team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviews daily assignments, collaborates with medical providers and ensures comprehensive patient care.
- Provides direction to LPNs and Medical Assistants (MA)
- Oversees patient referrals and takes appropriate actions as needed.
- Assesses and triages patients as they present, either by telephone or in-person
- Participates in QA/QI activities
Minimum Qualifications:
· One (1)- two (2) Years of clinical experience
· Valid NYS Registered Professional Nurse license.
· Associate degree
