Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with HomeTourVision.

This position is at our Florida, NY office in Orange County, NY. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering phones and emails, addressing inquiries, setting appointments, resolving issues, providing guidance on our virtual HomeTour platform, as well as keeping in contact with our photography team throughout the day.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support.
• Have an understanding of our services to be able to assist our clients in what they need.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position HomeTourVision in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles preferred.
• Strong multi-tasking skills - experience with a higher volume email and call-based workflow
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and understand new software platforms and tools.
• Passion for real estate and technology, with a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
