ABOUT THE ROLE

The National ECommerce Manager role is field based and reports directly into the Senior Director, Sales. This position is accountable for developing and the executing the SCJP business strategy around maximizing SCJP e-commerce presence, developing Professional e-commerce playbook and strategic ownership of the SCJP Amazon relationship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation, execution, and reporting of tactical business plan to deliver assigned revenue targets
• Build & execute strategic e-commerce business plan, working cross functionally, across portfolio, tools capability and logistics to lead the SCJP digital transformation.
• Strategic ownership of SCJP Amazon relationship to include fiscal year sales & profitability (program spend) goals as well as end-to-end commercial process (order to cash) to include forecasting, item & pricing management, payment & rebate management.
• SCJP Liaison to SCJ Global Ecommerce team and cross-BU Amazon account teams to maximize SCJ strategic impact.
• Management & contract negotiation with e-commerce 3rd party providers (Flywheel, etc.)
• Cross functional collaboration with supply chain, marketing, finance and customer service to ensure frictionless customer experience.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SCJP and specific product value proposition, market & competitive landscape, competitive actions, and user needs.
• Build positive and productive business relationships with customers, prospects and influencers.
• Daily utilization of SCJP support tools, reports and CRM system to optimize time and communication
• Active and responsible management of expenses and financial investments (pricing, rebates, dispensers, etc.)
• This is a dynamic work environment; numerous occasions will arise where support is required outside the job description.
• Build and maintain effective relationships and communications with all internal functions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' previous selling experience within an ecommerce environment, preferably Amazon.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

• Entrepreneurial spirit, motivated by building a business from scratch and "breakthrough" thinking.
• Documented experience in organizational change management
• Proven ability to drive results via strategic planning and execution.
• High sense of urgency and personal accountability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Institutional or CPG selling and/or marketing experience with market leading brands preferred.
• History of collaborative sales-marketing partnerships to drive results
• Overnight travel as needed but up to 50%
