Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Office Manager to join our team. As an Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Social Media posts, ad generation as well as the general operation of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. We need someone with a Positive Outlook, Initiative, Collaboration and Servant Leadership.

Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional service to our real estate agents to support them in their daily business
· Connecting our real estate agents to support resources in the company IE; marketing, sales, accounting, etc.
· Handling daily operations of the office as directed by the Sales Manager.
· Provide measurable reporting to the Sales Manager tracking sales, listings on market, etc.
· Lead generation and follow up
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. Passionate about technology and a willingness to learn. Bonus skill is proficiency in Social Media.
· Superior organizational skills, set priorities, meet deadlines, carefully proof work

Experience:

Social Media posting and ad creation

Sales experience

Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment
