The HR Associate is responsible to assist the agency in recruiting and onboarding of new employees, and ongoing employment compliance tasks. These responsibilities include meeting operational goals, ensuring that the quality of services delivered meets company standards, and completing assigned projects.
Review applications and resumes for qualified candidates. Schedule interviews Complete the interview process, background screening, including criminal backgrounds,reference checks, other. Use the HR database to track employment candidates. Schedule orientation, providing them with necessary documents to bring with them. Assist in the onboarding/orientation process as needed. Support the daily operations of the agency. Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
