Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving their targets
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with customers
- Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of technology sales and ability to understand technical products/services
- Business development skills to identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with technical sales processes, including product demonstrations and solution selling
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
- Experience in hotel sales is preferred
