We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all facility equipment, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes inspecting and testing electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other mechanical components. The ideal candidate should have experience in the maintenance and repair of building systems, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Inspect and maintain all mechanical systems in the facility.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
