Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties:

- Repair and Replace Plumbing or plumbing fixtures.

- Repair or replace HVAC equipment.

- Repair or replace electrical or electrical fixtures.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, including reading schematics and working with logic controllers
- Utilize Appfolio Property Manager for tracking work orders, Time, receipts, and inventory
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in mechanical equipment

- Make apartments ready to rent after move outs.
- Perform general building maintenance tasks as required

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in supervising maintenance activities
- Proficiency in Plumbing , HVAC, and electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems
- Familiarity with Appfolio Property Manager or other similar systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
