Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their maintenance concerns promptly
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Leadership skills to supervise contractors and coordinate repair projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
