Responsibilities:- Respond to all leads in a timely manner
- Develop relationships & consistently follow up with buyers & sellers
- Schedule qualified appointments for our agents
- Manage & organize contacts and follow-ups
- Keep strong records and work with CRM
- TN Real Estate License required (or in the process of securing)
- Strong money motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Teachable with a strong work ethic
