Home Health is Hiring a HR Manager Near Wichita, KS

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Manage the performance appraisal process and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Identify areas for process improvement within the HR department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations and other leave management processes
- Proven experience in recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
