Introduction to the Company
Home & Health Care Management is the oldest home health care agency in Northern California. Our agency specializes in delivering comprehensive in-home care and case management for older adults, children, and those living with disabilities across many counties. We use a matrix of Medi-Cal, Medicare and targeted health programs to find solutions that work for our clients.

You are an HR professional who wants to make a difference. You are excited to formulate human resources policies and has a collaborative interdepartmental approach to managing HR issues.
You hold yourself to a high standard of integrity, provide excellent customer service, pay attention to details, and are comfortable implementing federal and state labor regulations every day.
Service Region/ Location:
The role is in-office at our Chico location. This is not a remote role.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5pm with an hour lunch.
Travel:
There may be some occasions where you may need to travel to our other offices in Redding, Marysville, and Sacramento. Otherwise travel is not regularly required.

Salary
Pay range is $20 to $28 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
Benefits
On the first of the month following 60 days of employment you will be eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, as well as Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Leave accrues starting on your first day of employment, and you can take paid vacation, sick and holiday leave after 90 days.
We offer a 401(k) matching up to 4% after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked.
You will receive a monthly phone stipend. You will be reimbursed for mileage.
