Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Montgomery, AL
Pay Rate: $15.00

- Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role is responsible for interacting with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face.
- Process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
- Input orders and change orders received from customers and Sales Representatives, set-up sales orders, payers, and essential data in SAP for initial orders.
- This includes scanning merchandise, using a held-held scanning gun or, as necessary, the 10 keyed.
- Ensures that each item's barcode is accurately reflected in the system.
- High school education or equivalent required, some college-level courses are beneficial.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability is ideal.
- Must have strong computer skills, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, decision-making, etc .
