Redeemer Health Home Care and Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Care RN to join our team in providing quality, compassionate care for our patients and their families. This Home Care RN position will primarily provide patient services in Fox Chase, Frankford, Tacony, Bridesburg, Kensington and surrounding areas, and is eligible for a $3k sign on bonus.  An agency car may also available for use. SUMMARY OF JOB: A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required; 1 year of home care experience preferred; BSN preferred; able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours; IV and venipuncture experience preferred; able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area.

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current licensure in State of practice, Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification
