WHY REDEEMER: Our Home Care RNs enjoy a flexible schedule, autonomously providing 1:1 direct care in patient homes with the support of an encouraging and experienced clinical team. You will teach patients how to manage their own disease processes in their own environment, focusing on quality care and evidenced based practice.

SUMMARY OF JOB: A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year med-surg experience required; 1 year of home care RN experience required for per diem positions; BSN preferred; able to work weekend, holiday, and on-call hours; IV and venipuncture experience preferred; able to demonstrate professional competencies in a home care setting; able to efficiently utilize technology (cell phone, computer); able to travel in service area.

LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Current RN License in state of practice (PA or NJ), Valid Driver’s License, Current CPR Certification
