Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Perform basic medical procedures and tasks under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare provider
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Provide medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Ensure a clean and organized medical environment
- Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Strong understanding of physiology and medication administration
- Ability to accurately take and record vital signs
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and patient care protocols
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
