Responsible for administrative duties of the hotel front desk.
Essential Functions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Access, Power Point, Excel, and hotel software preferred)
- Ability to operate automated phone systems
- Ability to problem solving skills; Strong guest services skills; Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
- Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform intermediate math
- Knowledge of appropriate union contracts
- Ability to multi-task
Pay Rate: $17.89 hourly
