Holland Studio of Photography, a premier portrait studio located in Germantown, Tennessee is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a seasonal full-time/part-time position to begin as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the studio
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and location
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Previous experience in customer service, Front Office Representative preferred, but not required
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
