Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This position is a 30 hour a week position. This position is essential to Holistic Counseling Group as it will be responsible for streamlining processes, making documentation uniform, fielding calls, marketing, and communicating directly with practices potential and current clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Fielding all inquiries from current and potential clients seeking out Mental Health Counseling

Reconciling insurance claims

* verification of Insurance Benefits

· Managing a listserv for email campaigns

· Creating client accounts in Electronic Healthcare System EHR and corresponding via email with current clients

· Creating and editing invites for upcoming counseling groups/workshops etc.

· Creation and management of counseling groups including, scheduling, promoting, confirming clients, printing materials and managing group in HER.

· Marketing- Managing, creating and curating FB/IG posts

· Promoting current events on HCG website, and email campaigns

· Mailing outs

· Assisting in community events for marketing purposes

· Updating website

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
