Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities: - Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Conduct night audit procedures to balance and verify all daily transactions - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and adjustments - Assist with guest services, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions - Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring the premises during the night shift - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Qualifications: - Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Bilingual skills (if applicable) would be an asset - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in computer systems and software applications We offer competitive pay and benefits for this position. Pay: $16.24 - $19.55 per hour
