Job Opportunity: Front Desk Agent /Night Auditor

Combined Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities (Front Desk Agent):

  • Warm Welcome: Extend a warm and courteous welcome to all members and guests, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Efficient Reservations: Handle phone inquiries and efficiently manage reservations in our system.
  • Smooth Check-In: Seamlessly check in arriving members and guests, making their arrival stress-free.
  • Efficient Check-Out: Ensure a hassle-free check-out process for departing members and guests.
  • Informative Support: Provide valuable information about Club meetings, rules, directions, and more.
  • Merchandise Sales: Process sales of Club merchandise, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Assistance: Offer assistance to guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs.

Key Responsibilities (Night Auditor):

  • Multi-Functional Role: Process and reconcile charges for all Club departments, including Front Desk functions.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet members and guests, answer phones, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Rate Verification: Verify and correct rates, print registration cards, and attach sponsorship forms for next day arrivals.
  • Financial Accuracy: Verify and correct F&B charges, in-house rates, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Billing and Reporting: Process various charges, close out Northstar terminals, and generate and distribute night audit reports.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Provide wake-up calls to guests.
  • Other Duties: Handle express check-outs, monitor business center and meeting room extensions, and update merchandise inventories.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferred. We are open to training the right candidate who may not have prior hospitality experience.
  • Computer Skills: Basic skills in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexible Schedule: Must be willing to work all shifts, including overnight, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to meet the demands of our business.
  • Hospitality Skills: Possess exceptional hospitality skills, strong communication abilities, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
