Essential Functions:
· Greets all guests upon arrival
· Ensures a fast, efficient check-in process including verification of customer’s identification, credit and payment for stay, and assigning room keys.
· Provides outstanding guest service
· Handles all customer service issues in a professional manner and within brand standards.
· Handles all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner using standard phraseology and routing to the right department, guestroom, meeting room or facility.
Requirements:
· Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
· Good organization skills
