Come work for our IHG Award Winning hotel as an Housekeeping Executive . We are looking for a professional who monitors the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests. They assign duties accordingly while inspecting all aspects to make sure everything meets industry standards and keeps an eye on customer satisfaction

Duties:
1. Provides a clean, well maintained hotel by supervising the Laundry and Housekeeping operations
· Schedules team-members in accordance with forecasted occupancy; adjusts staffing as necessary for sudden changes in occupancy
· Coordinates availability of rooms with Front Desk Manager/AGM/General Manager
· Supervises the daily activities of the housekeeping team-members
· Identifies problem areas and formulates solutions
· Conducts continual inspections of guestrooms and public areas to determine hotel's overall level of cleanliness; performs follow up; makes rooms when required daily
· Overseas inventory, requisitioning, disbursement, and cost control for all linens, cleaning supplies, guest room, restroom supplies, laundry supplies, machines, and equipment
· Secures keys in accordance with hotel's key management policy
· Supervises "Lost and Found" Department
· Brings positive attitude among the team-members

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
