We are looking for a pat time Hotel Night Auditor to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel night audit responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities, running the night auditor program, emailing reports and working alone overnight.

MUST be available over nights, this position is 11pm-7am 2 days a week.

Options to cross train in other departments available to allow for more hours. Such as housekeeping, laundry or houseman.

The Front Desk Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions; reviewing, organizing and compiling management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions. He/she is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing guest service agent duties as required, including check-in, check-out, telephone operation and reservations.

Some of Your Responsibilities Would Be:

• Oversee the guest experience during the overnight shift and assist with guest resolution/service recovery as needed.
• Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy.
• Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on Room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing.
• Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports.
• Run night audit final after ensuring all revenues are in balance nightly.
• Perform the duties of a Front Desk (guest check-in and check-out, assist guests, provide general information on hotel and nearby attractions)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous hotel night auditor experience, preferred
• 1-2 years of front desk experience or similar customer service experience, preferred
• A self-motivator who has a passion to deliver amazing customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
