We are seeking an individual with enthusiasm and highly motivated to succeed to join our award winning Front Desk team!

The ideal candidate will be a people person, and willing to be coached.

This position will work approximately 16-24 hours per week, candidate must be flexible enough to work 8am-4pm or 4pm-12am on a rotating schedule.

A Guest Services Representative will be responsible for making reservations, checking in guests, checking out guests, in a busy fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Providing information to guests about the hotel and local area.

Responding to requests from guests that need assistance.

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, as you will be corresponding with other departments during your shift.

Cleaning the front desk, and lobby areas during your shift, and stocking the Market.

Being proficient in math will be needed to balance your cash drawer each shift, and to properly take payments from guests.

Critical thinking skills are a must as decisions often need to be made instantly.

Must have the ability to stand most of your shift, and be comfortable working alone.

Other duties that may be assigned to you by your Supervisor.
