Holiday Inn Express and Suites is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Kalamazoo, MI
Holiday Inn Express is seeking energetic and customer service focused individauls to joing our team. Position is for 2nd Shift (3p-11p) and/or Night Audit (11p-7a). Front desk agents perform sales & customer service functions related to guest registrations, reservations, and revenue collections in a manner that will ensure the hotel guests will receive a safe and secure place to stay with friendly, attentive service. Responsible for verifying the correctness for guest accounts by balancing each department income and the overall account receivable balance. Posts room and tax charges to guest folios. Must be able to multitask and familiar with night audit functions/simple accounting entry. IHG/Holiday Inn Express experience is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
