Full Job Description
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Front Desk work. Responsible for the front desk operation during each shift worked (1st Shift 7am - 3pm / 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm / 3rd shift 11pm - 7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making reservations, and preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.
