Holiday Health Care is Hiring a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist Near Evansville, IN

The Holiday Retirement Village of Holiday Healthcare is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! The candidate would primarily be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and interacting with residents, staff, and families to communicate the needs of residents. Our ideal applicant will have excellent customer service skills, demonstrate compassion and understanding for geriatric residents and their families, and work as part of a team.

Schedule:

  • Part Time
  • Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 7am-3pm

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-starter who has initiative and good judgment
  • Ability to operate phone system and use computer for administrative tasks

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a kind and professional manner and assists with their requests
  • Respect the confidentiality of the residents and not discuss resident’s personal information to other residents, visitors or staff members
  • Answer the telephone and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist the van driver with requests for transportation
  • Sign for delivered medications and/or packages
