Holdahl Company - a Division of Wurth Baer Supply Company, one of the nation's premier distributors to of specialty cabinetry supplies, is seeking a hard working Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our branch in Plymouth, MN.

Schedule: full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) and Non-ACD calls – 50-70 calls per day
• Quote requests
• Item information
• Price information
• Order tracking
• Order entry over the phone
• Other miscellaneous requests
• Returns
• Product inventory availability and in-stock dates
• Process standard and special item orders from sales reps, customers, emails/faxes
• Handle email correspondence in personal and customer service department email boxes
• Participate in customer promotions to help build sales
• Upselling customers when placing phone orders
• Outbound calling as requested

Must Have:

• Very strong organizational skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast paced, high call volume department
• Other duties related to customer service as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
