About the job:
The HR Business Partner works closely with HR Director/Manager, as well as line managers as a business partner. He/she supports a wide range of key HR initiatives in support of the business and acts as the point person for frontline leaders in the field for any day-to-day HR related issues.

RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER JOBS
This role will have a high level of interaction with line managers and HR Director/Manager. The incumbent must have ability to build relationships and get up to speed quickly on needs of the operations and offer solutions.
We're looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Field of Study Preferred: Human Resources or Related Field
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years working as a HR Generalist, Specialist, or Business Partner
Required Computer and Software Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other applications. HRIS experience strongly preferred. SAP or Success Factors is a plus
Travel Requirements: 20% local travel in territory
