You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:

•To contribute to the site safety and environment road maps
•Direct Safety and Environmental projects by applying industry experience and specialized knowledge
•Analyze Safety and Environmental data
•Deploy safety road maps in line with key stakeholders

•Ensure relevant reporting and communication
•Operate in full alignment with the Safety and Environment regional and global organization
•Ensure continuous improvement and sustainable methods deployment on safety and environment, thru practices and standards
•Develop higher or appropriate technical and managerial standards to grow the company maturity and keep employee safe
•Support the risk assessment within its scope
•Participate in the implementation of local procedure
•Follow the safety action plan in his/her department
•Participate in the creation of safety drive rules in accordance with the deployment of HMC's and Limagrain's safety policy
•Lead, educate and sensitize various services on security issues in his/her location
•Coordinate common safety action to various department within his/her scope
•Conduct the audit on safety topics
•Participate in his/her country and region security committee
•Establish and communicate the indicators concerning his/her scope
•Animate the safety meeting in his/her department
•Conduct the analysis of accident / near accident cause
•Implement the testing of new personal protect device
•Support the safety animation in his/her department
•Lead and deploy safety projects (LOTO, essentials)
•Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) on each machine and process, analyze data from JSA to determine Safety Priorities, Develop and drive action plan to address Safety Priorities
•Main contact for all local Environmental Agencies to ensure HM.Clause location is in compliance for all government regulations

To be considered, you will need:

•High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
•At least 5 years Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Familiarity of legal, regulatory and OSHA compliance to meet requirements
•High attention to detail and level of accuracy is essential
•Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
•Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and use good judgement in decision making
•Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications
•Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
