ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of DMV Pull Notice Program
• Maintenance and setup of appointments for New and Random Employee Drug Testing Program
• Driver New Hire history verification paperwork and Existing Driver update of information.
• Maintain Safety Filing.
• Onboarding and Training of Newly Hired Employees
• Assist Safety Manager with Annual Safety Training
• Ensure compliance on all Federal and State Laws
• Assist Safety Manager with management of Samsara driving policies
• Picture taking, developing, and classifying for Incidents.
• Special Projects as assigned.
• Assist Safety Manager with Workers Comp claims, property claims, OSHA & MSHA regulations.
• Site Inspections/Visits and ensures tail gate meetings, daily huddles, and inspections are being performed on a weekly basis with employee on the jobsites and entered into HCSS Safety Software.
• Accountable to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
• Attendance is an essential function of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Strong Computer skills and experience with Data processing using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Minimum two year of experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with concurrent deadlines.
• Must be detail oriented.
• General clerical skills including light typing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year College or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years’ experience in operations experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
