Thunder Valley Casino Resort is Hiring a Credit clerk Near Lincoln, CA
Overview
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Cage Credit Clerk processes all return items.
Ability to learn computer applications. Complete credit applications and bank ratings. Knowledge of Central Credit. Knowledge of Title 31.
Assist Collection Manager with all aspects of collections. Assist Cage Shift Managers as needed. The hourly rate for this position is $17.50.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Thunder Valley Casino’s Winning Attitude Company-wide culture and demonstrating Thunder Valley Casino’s AAA Four Diamond Service Standards at all times.
- Assists in collections by typing letters, sending statements, etc.
- Prepares bank letters.
- Prepares documents for the collection attorneys.
- Order supplies.
- Assist in other clerical jobs as directed by the cage and credit manager, collection manager or Shift Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Knowledge of .’s and .’s.
- Certified to work all banks within the cage.
