HK Solutions Group is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Des Moines office. The regular working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 9:00am - 3:30pm. This part-time position is available during Summer 2024 (June, July, August).

Job Functions

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate persons
• Greet visitors as they arrive
• Open daily mail and distribute to appropriate parties
• Mail packages via UPS, FedEx
• Assist other employees with copying/scanning/filing
• Assist Finance team with basic Accounts Payable/data entry
• General office upkeep (front reception area, conference room, kitchen, training room, etc)
• Help with miscellaneous projects such as call log
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Abilities

• Computer skills, including proficiency using Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
